Families residing within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania may qualify for financial assistance to attend our 2022-23 school
year Academics with Ballet Training for ages 12-18. PA households earning less than $100k annually may qualify for
this special program for middle and high school students. Please consider completing our online application for
Academics, Ballet Training and Residence (Residence may be applicable but is not required for this program).

2022 Summer Ballet Intensive Session Dates

Students who are accepted into 2021-22 school year may qualify for our 2022 Summer Ballet Intensive.

2 Week Session: June 27 - July 8
3 Week Session: July 11 - July 29
5 Week Session: June 27 - July 29
6 Week Session: June 27 - August 5
1 Week Session: August 1 - August 5

Full on site instruction for all levels.
Dancers age 8+ eligible; Housing available for accepted dancers age 10+.

2022 Summer Ballet Intensive Audition Info

The Rock School's renowned Summer Ballet Intensive 2022 is a premier training program for students ages 8+. With over 50 years experience, The Rock School's reputation remains tried and true in producing leaders and principal dancers in major ballet companies around the world. The School anchors the Avenue of the Arts in the amazing city of Philadelphia, with state of the art housing, a meal plan created by our resident chef, fun outings exploring historic Philly and a Summer Showcase performance for all 6-week students.

In order to attend our Summer sessions, dancers must be accepted to the program by auditioning.
In-Person Audition Pre-Registration will be required for the 2022 audition dates.
Audition submissions accepted beginning January 3, 2022.
