The studios at The Rock School were created with the dancer in mind. The Rock School houses five floors fully equipped with six sprung-floor studios, an in-house costume shop, a Café, and a Boutique for dancewear, dance supplies, and Rock School merchandise. The Rock School Philadelphia also offers Residence for students training far from home and an Academics program for grades 7-12.
STUDIOS
The Rock School is ideally situated on Philadelphia’s vibrant Avenue of the Arts, offering an inspiring atmosphere for dance enthusiasts. With six dance studios spread across a stunning five-story building, it’s the perfect place to unleash your creativity and passion for dance.
Rentals are available for rehearsal, workshop, meeting, and audition use. Our studios are climate-controlled and equipped with pianos, sprung floors with vinyl overlay, ballet barres, mirrors, and sound systems.

PARKING SUGGESTIONS FOR THE ROCK SCHOOL
We suggest our guests use the Lincoln Square Parking Garage, accessible at 15th Street between Washington Avenue and Carpenter Street. Parkers may obtain validation for reduced-fee parking rates by visiting retail outlets in the Lincoln Square Facility (e.g., Target or Sprouts). Additionally, limited street parking may be available on Washington Avenue or Broad Street.
THE ROCK SCHOOL CAFÉ
The Rock School Café is a comfortable location for dancers to eat their daily meals. Our Café offers delicious and healthy meals, snacks, and beverages for Professional Division dancers.
The Rock School Café endeavors to use sustainable practice and buy from producers that support similar efforts. We also support local food producers for the social and economic health of the region and the well being of The Rock School community.

THE ROCK SCHOOL BOUTIQUE
The Rock School offers an in-house boutique for ballet basics. For the convenience of our students and parents, the Boutique provides a variety of dancewear, uniforms, Rock School merchandise, gifts, and accessories. You may also shop securely online!

THE COSTUME SHOP
The Rock School has an in-house costume department offers various classical and contemporary costumes, hairpieces, and headpieces for productions, showcases, and events. Students can rent these costumes for different activities. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and other conditions apply.
