Registration Form 2011-2012

The Rock School West Year Session is broken into four sessions. Tuition can be paid for the entire year session or broken down into payments before each session.

2011-2012 DUE DATES (Dates Available Soon)

TUITION PAYMENT #1: Due at the time of registration

TUITION PAYMENT #2: Due October 24, 2011

TUITION PAYMENT #3: Due January 16, 2012

TUITION PAYMENT #4: Due March 19, 2012

* If the entire yearly tuition is pre-paid by first class of first session, 2011, a 5% discount will be applied.   This tuition is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.  Visit our discounts page for more information.

REGISTRATION FEE: $30 

Applicable to all registrants - tuition-paying students as well as beneficiaries of full and partial tuition scholarships.  

LATE PAYMENT FEE: $25

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25
Acceptable in cash, cashier's check, or money order only.

DROP/ADD FEE: $5  (ONE FREE CHANGE PER QUARTER ALLOWED)

Tuition and fees payable in cash; by check or money order made payable to: The Rock School West; or charged to VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

The School reserves the right to refuse personal check or charge card payments from persons with past payment irregularities.
