Refine your Body. Engage your core. Sweat from the inside out. Discover a whole body workout experience by moving muscles synergistically connecting the body’s breath, fluidity and grace. This non-impact, cardio movement class will tone and tighten. Your posture will improve, you will learn to draw your muscles into your spine and build self-confidence. We will move gracefully and joyfully using our breath, increasing balance, focusing on body awareness, quality and precision of movement. We will perform movements safely, effectively and at your own pace. All fitness levels are welcome from the beginner to experienced boot camper. This is a rhythmical movement class with pauses for muscle set-up and progressive movement that will work your body to a sweat.
