Payment Overview

The Rock School is a verified Authorize.net e-commerce merchant. Authorize.net is a wholly owned Visa subsidiary and regarded as a security leader in the online credit card industry.  All STAR online credit and debit card payments are processed directly by Authorize.net, in partnership with Dharma merchant services

 

Prior to entering the STAR checkout and payment process families will be asked to review their cart contents. If adjustments need to be made to the registration order, families may return to the course selection process. 

 

During STAR checkout, families will select a payment option in the PAYMENT OPTION box, Pay in full or Installment plan. Families that opt to pay in installments will have their credit card data, which is submitted during STAR checkout, stored on Authorize.net's fully PCI DSS compliant servers, ensuring secure and convenient payments. Installment plan families will receive an invoice via email one week prior to all applicable installment billing dates to confirm payment processing. Families may email star@therockschool.net to request their card data be removed from Authorize.net.

 

Families that would like to submit payment by check, cash, or money order may select the “Check or money order” option in the Payment Method box on the checkout page. Families must submit the "Subtotal" amount notated under the Order total preview heading within 10 business days to complete the registration order. 

 

PAYMENT DETAILS

All tuition and fees must be paid to The Rock School in US currency.

STAR accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards. 

All expenses directly incurred by The Rock School for failed or declined payments will be charged as appropriate to the customer.
